Renovation of an educational facility in Back Bay, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Installaton of new vertical terminal air conditioner (VTAC), insulated plenums, associated exterior louvers, supply ari ductwork, insulated outdoor air ductwork, relief air ductwork, modifications to the existing electric heating baseboards to accommodate new VTAC installation, new controls and modifications to existing control system and all associated accesories. .2 Openings in the exterior walls to accommodate exterior louvers, framing around the openings, weather sealing around the louvers. .3 Provision of all electrical services to new mechancial equipment and control panels. .4 Demolition and modification of control systems inidcated on the drawings. .5 Provision of all necessary supports, hangers, steel studs, insulation, wiring, conduits, paint, exchutchon plates, fiitings and accessories. .6 Installation of the architectural enclosure around the outdoor and relief air ductwork flushed with the VTAC unit. .7 Restoration of all affected fnishes.
