**As of June 17, 2022, project was awarded to Pettibone Concrete Construction with a base bid of $248,693.25** The project generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following tasks: Concrete Pavement Replacement, Crack Repair, and Joint Seal Removal and Replacement Bid security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid must be submitted with the bid. The bid security may be either a certified check or a proposal guaranty bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Florida. Bid security shall be made payable to the Franklin County. The successful bidder must be able to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Materials Payment Bond, and shall begin execution of this contract within five (5) calendar days following the date of the Notice to Proceed. Franklin County has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for this project. The DBE participation goal for this project is 15.4% and compliance requirements are listed in the bidding documents. The time of completion for this Work is anticipated to be 150 calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion; exact time requirements are defined in the Instructions to Bidders.
