The water, sewer, and storm water lines range from 12 to 24 inches with steel casings ranging from 18 to 30 inches. The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids if such action is in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
