Tallman Fire District, with a leased building located at 289 Route 59, Tallman, New York 10982 is looking to receive bids on the preparation for and full installation (with complete hook up) of a backup generator (Generac 5G Series Natural Gas Generator) provided by the Fire District. Decisions will be made prior to June 15, 2022. Bids must be firm for one hundred eighty (180) days and the project must be completed no later than October 1, 2022. If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of specifications or other issues, he may submit to the Tallman Fire District a written request for interpretation or correction thereof. Requests to be given consideration must be received at least three (3) days prior to the Bid Date. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed document will be made by Addendum only, duly issued, and a copy will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of documents not later than 48 hours prior to Bid Date. Tallman Fire District will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the proposed document.
