Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Battle Creek, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The City of Battle Creek will accept sealed bids for the 2022 Sisson St. Sanitary Sewer project. This project consists of, but is not limited to the constructing of a lift station at the east end of Sisson St. with the placement of one (1) sanitary manhole, 388' of 8" gravity sanitary sewer and 579' of 2" HDPE force main. Two (2) stormwater infiltration basins, 1921 syd of cold milling HMA, 333 tons of HMA, 132 syd of 6" concrete driveway and 600 sft of 6" concrete sidewalk along with miscellaneous other items.
