Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brookline, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The following is the anticipated scope of work based on the construction shown in the attached plans. The engineer has the authority to adjust these as they see fit; Provide all required work zone and detour signs and barricades Remove existing trees and clear areas as shown on the Demolition Plan Install new catch basins and drainage manholes per the Utility Plan New curbing, ADA compliant sidewalks, and bollards at the intersection of Greenough Street and Tappan Street. Widen the sidewalk along the southern curb of Tappan Street and install granite landscape curb along the back of the walkway. Construct a mid-road pedestrian crossing at Tappan adjacent to the entrance of the Unified Arts Building. New irrigation, bicycle racks, benches, tree grates, trees, and plantings Installing temporary pavement markings and signage. No work shall be done on Greenough prior to June 28th 2023.
