The University Student Union (USU) at California State University, Northridge, is soliciting proposals from invited and qualified custodial and cleaning companies. The University Student Union (USU) is an auxiliary corporation situated on the California State University, Northridge (CSUN) campus, serving a diverse university community of nearly 39,000 students. The USU facilities are located near the center of the campus and consists of approximately 500,000 square feet, including the Student Recreation Center (SRC), the Oasis Wellness Center, the SRC Turf Field, the USU main campus of buildings and associated exterior areas. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide routine custodial cleaning services for specific and defined areas within the University Student Union at California State University, Northridge. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Liquidated Damages of $500 per calendar day will be assessed for the Contractors failure to perform. CATEGORIES 91039 - Janitorial/Custodial Services
