Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Poynette, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work for which Bids are asked includes the following: Relay 850ft of clay sanitary sewer with 850ft of 8" PVC sewer, relay 800ft of watermain with 800ft of 8" ductile iron watermain, and construct 100ft of RCP storm sewer including installation of curb inlets along Cross Street between W. Mill Street and W. John Street and along Thomas Street between S. Main Street and W. Mill Street. This section of street includes new curb and gutter, gravel, asphalt (partially funded by Local Road Improvement Program - LRIP), replacement of the sewer and water laterals, erosion control, traffic control, and yard restoration. There are alternate bids for additional watermain and street reconstruction. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent of the maximum bid price, payable to the Owner as a guaranty that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract Documents and furnish the required contract security. If the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents and provide the required contract security within 15 days after the Notice of Award, the Owner may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security will be forfeited. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
