It should be noted that the granting of this contract is conditional on obtaining all the authorizations required for the execution of the work. Brief description of the work The work involves carrying out summer and winter maintenance and all related work on the section beginning at km 16.50 of Chemin de Wemindji to the intersection of Route Billy-Diamond (km 518) and the Wemindji road (km 96.10), i.e. a length of approximately 79.60 km. The market starts on May 1 , 2022 and ends on April 30, 2023. It can be renewed for two additional years. Important Notice Attestation from Revenu Québec It is strongly suggested that the service provider apply for an attestation from Revenu Québec as soon as possible in order to be able to solve any possible problem relating to obtaining it before the deadline date and time set for the receipt of submissions. In fact, section 2.8 of the instructions to service providers, which requires that the certificate from Revenu Québec be held by service providers, provides that the certificate is valid until the end of the three-month period follows the month in which it was issued. In addition, the certificate must not have been issued after the deadline date and time set for the receipt of tenders.
