Notice is given that the Council of the Borough of Westmont will accept sealed bids for Shade Tree Emergency / Miscellaneous Trimming for the year of 2022. Each bidder must submit a Bid Bond in the amount of Five Thousand ($5000.00) Dollars. Successful bidder must submit a performance bond in the amount of Five Thousand ($5000.00) Dollars. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, to waive any informalities and technicalities and to accept any bid it may deem to be to the best interest of the Borough. Bids may be held by the Borough for a period not to exceed thirty-five (35) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of the bidders prior to awarding the contracts.
