The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee
equivalent to FIVE PER CENT (5%) of the total price proposed in his Bid.
If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be
produced in one of the following forms:
a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a
Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply
with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix
4.01A of the Bid Form;
b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a
Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must
comply with the requirements of the "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" model reproduced in
appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form. If the Bid is transmitted on paper, the bid security must be
produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a
Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply
with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix
4.01A of the Bid Form. Submission;
b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a
Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must
comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced

The project consists of the complete removal of the piping and the asbestos removal of cementitious plaster and corrugated cardboard insulation on straight and irregular sections of piping in several rooms in sectors A, B and C of the Alexandre-Tache pavilion.
Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
