If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" model reproduced in appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form.
