Site work for a water / sewer project in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design and construction of an Interim Water Supply Main and Northwest Reservoir / Pumphouse within the Bremner development located on the north side of Highway 16 and the east side of Highway 21, adjacent to the northeast corner of Sherwood Park. The interim water supply main will be 400 mm in diameter, connect to the existing CRNWSC water main east of Highway 21 directly adjacent to the Bremner north municipal boundary and act as a transmission main to the initial stages of development until the Northwest Reservoir/pumphouse is complete. The Northwest Reservoir/pumphouse will require approx. 12,700m3 of storage volume with the ability to add more future stages and connect to the transmission mains within the initial stages of the Bremner development. TIMELINE: Project is in design. Construction is planned for 2025. Further update may be available late 2024/early 2025.
