The intent of this Bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete interior alterations to an existing office building and construct a new addition including, but not limited to, removal of an existing exterior concrete ramp, new exterior walls, slab, curtain wall system, mass timber structure, chair lift, stairs and new metal railings, located at 237897 Inglis Falls Rd, Owen Sound ON for a contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents.
