Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Broomfield, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

Scope - Construction of the Southlands Public Infrastructure Project. The Project Generally Includes Utilities Storm Sewer, Sanitary Sewer, Potable Water, Roadway Erosion Control, Concrete Curb and Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, Asphalt Paving, Signage and Striping, Pavement Markings, Traffic Signals and Mast Arms, Traffic Control, Electrical Lighting and All Related Work Incidental to the Completion of the Project as Per the Acceptance Requirements of Baseline Metropolitan District No. 1 and City and County of Broomfield. The Project is Located East of Sheridan Parkway and North of 160th Avenue in Broomfield, Co. Work is Anticipated to Start Monday, March 4, 2024 With Substantial Completion by Friday, September 20, 2024. A Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid is Required With Each Bid. Performance and Payment Bonds Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder From a Qualified Surety. Bidders Must Possess the Required Licenses and Insurance Policies. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Qualification Statement Demonstrating Present Commitments, Past Performance, Experience With Comparable Work, Equipment Available for This Project, and Resumes for Key Personnel Who Would Be Assigned to This Project. No Bid Will Be Accepted From Any Firm, Person, or Corporation Who is a Defaulter to a Surety or is Deemed Incompetent, Irresponsible, or Unreliable by the District. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Subcontractor and Supplier List for Proposed Labor, Services, and/or Materials. Bidding Contractors Must Self-perform a Minimum of Forty Percent (40%) of the Work. The District May Choose to Schedule Interviews With Select Bidders Following the Bid Opening. Basis of the Award of the Contract Will Be to the Lowest Responsible and Responsive Bidder as Solely Determined by the District. The District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Accept Any Bid or Combination of Bids Which in Its Sole and Absolute Judgment Will Best Serve the District's Interest.
