The City of Victoria, "the City," intends to purchase and invites you to submit a sealed proposal for construction services for: 2022 CRACK SEAL PROJECT. The City reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all proposals. The Project is located at various locations within the city of Victoria, TX The City anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities and the following items will be included in the scope of the 2022 CRACK SEAL PROJECT: o Seal joints in asphaltic concrete pavement, including sand and backer rod if necessary. o Cleaning and traffic control are part of contractor's responsibility. o All other appurtenances necessary to complete the Project. The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. The selected Respondent will be also responsible for: obtaining all applicable permits and inspections; providing all necessary performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates; and providing the Owner with all manufacturers' warranties and all operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals for all equipment installed
