Construction of a new district branch of approx. 30,000 sq ft for the relocation of the St Lawrence Branch of the Toronto Public Libraries to city owned land at 125 the Esplanade south of the St Lawrence Market and west of David Crombie Park. TIMELINE: Project plans have been revised. The owner has purchased a building at 339 Queen Street East which is expected to be renovated for a new space for the St. Lawrence Library Branch (project is being followed separately). Coverage of this report is discontinued.
