Site work and new construction of a library in Toronto, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 30,000-square-foot library; and for site work for a library.

Construction of a new district branch of approx. 30,000 sq ft for the relocation of the St Lawrence Branch of the Toronto Public Libraries to city owned land at 125 the Esplanade south of the St Lawrence Market and west of David Crombie Park. TIMELINE: Conceptual planning is underway. Project has been identified/announced by the city of Toronto, the Toronto Public Library (TPL), and CreateTO. A Notice of Intended Procurement for architectural services has closed and evaluations are under review; details are followed on a separate report. Further update early 2026. *Project has currently been estimated at approx. 40 million per owner's Capital Budget Plan.
