Solicitation Notice Combined Solicitation / Synopsis Synopsis: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide A&E Services for Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge, Errol, New Hampshire. This procurement action is being solicited as a Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 541330 Engineering Services, with a size standard of $16.5 million. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR FAC Number 2022-04. This work involves providing Engineering Services as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. Evaluation of interested firms will be based on the following in the Solicitation: 1) Best Value; 2) Past Performance; and 3) Price Proposal.
