Solicitation Notice Combined Solicitation / Synopsis Synopsis: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide A&E Services for Umbagog National Wildlife Refuge, Errol, New Hampshire. This procurement action is being solicited as a Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code is 541330 Engineering Services, with a size standard of $16.5 million. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR FAC Number 2022-04. This work involves providing Engineering Services as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued.
