A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT IS AS FOLLOWS: Project consists of a 40,510 SF two story new terminal building. Overall project is phased through 4 phases. This bid request is for phase 3 packages ONLY, additional packages will come through future phases of the project. Phase 3 of the Texarkana Regional Airport New Terminal Building consists of the following trade package: TP 1 - Final Cleaning TP 2 - Polished Concrete TP 3 - Glue- Laminated Construction (Supply) TP 4 - Finish Carpentry (Doors and Hardware installation TP 5 - Millwork and Carpentry TP 6 - Coiling Doors and Service Doors TP 7 - Tile and Commercial Flooring TP 8 - Painting and Wallcovering TP 9 - Doors/Frames/Hardware Supply TP 10 - Building Specialty (Install) TP 11 - Miscellaneous Specialties (supply) TP 12 - Visual Display Surfaces TP 13 - Signage TP 14 - Toilet Compartments and Accessories (supply) TP 15 - Wall and Door Protection (Supply) TP 16 - Fire Extinguishers and Cabinets TP 17 - Loading Dock Equipment Pre-Bid RFIs & Substitution Requests will be due by 2:00 PM on March 24, 2022. All pre-bid RFIs and substitution requests can be sent to Ed.Hedges@nabholz.com or Billy.Mayfield@nabholz.com Public: This project is available for public bidding via the Nabholz Construction Corporation Public Plan Room Proposals shall include all labor, material, applicable taxes, insurance, equipment, etc., for a complete job. Once bids are received, they will be reviewed for completeness, the responsible lowest bidder will be notified. All bids will be taken under advisement. Bidders must comply with regulatory and licensing requirements of the State of Arkansas and other applicable Arkansas statutes. To be considered, bidders must be licensed on day of bid opening. Nabholz and the Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Nabholz will use standard Master Contract, which includes specific insurance requirements, Amendment to Contract, and Project Contract for all Subcontractors. Nabholz will use standard Purchase Order for all Suppliers. Construction Manager is an AA/EOE.
