Renovation of an educational facility in Paxton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Paxton-Buckley-Loda (PBL) Junior High School HVAC Upgrades Schedule: Work to be performed Summer of 2022. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders in Project Manual. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. PREVAILING WAGES: Contractors will be required to comply with all laws, including those relating to prevailing rate of wages of the various classes of work to be performed under the proposed contract as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, in accordance with Federal Labor Standards provisions, US Department of Labor. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK: A criminal background check shall be conducted on all on-site personnel pursuant to Illinois State Board of Education Fall 2012 Guidance Document for Criminal History Records Information Checks found at and shall be made available to the school district. Contractor shall include costs for criminal background checks for all project employees in their bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
