A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price must accompany each tender. All bidders shall submit their Letter of Good Standing under the Certificate of Recognition program issued by the NBCSA or an acceptable equivalent with their tender package. Questions shall be directed to Frédéric Desjardins, P. Eng. (fdesjardins@mcw.com) by March 31, 2022 at 5:00PM, local time. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
