Renovation of a fire / police facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The proposed work includes low slope roof replacement and other associated work at the Police Station, 311 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Bank Draft, Money Order, or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price (including HST). Subject to the Contract Documents and the Supplemental Conditions, the successful bidder shall be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents. Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that official Tender Documents can only be obtained from IRC Building Sciences Group. Only Contractors who have received the Tender Documents directly from IRC Building Sciences Group are eligible to submit a Tender on this project. The lowest or any Bid shall not necessarily be accepted. Failure to attend Mandatory Site Meeting to result in Disqualification of Bid, unless prior arrangements have been made for an alternate Site Meeting with James Blanchard, by phone: (506) 260-5753, before the Mandatory Site Meeting is held.
