Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 1300 West Frontage Improvement Project, Phase 2 (13000 South to Bermuda Lane). The improvements to 1300 West will include: ~7,040 SF of asphalt roadway; ~510 LF of concrete curb & gutter; ~3,500 SF 6" thick concrete sidewalk; ~1000 SF concrete driveways; ~315 SF concrete waterway and transition structure; ~335 LF concrete landscape curbing; ~1300 SF rock mulch; ~20 LF of 15" RCP storm drain pipe; two (2) storm drain catch basins and two (2) storm drain manholes; installation of five (5) secondary water meters and one (1) culinary water meter; relocate and adjust utilities to grade; pavement markings; street sign and other items included as specified. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid.
