Lee County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY) seeks to contract with a qualified professional services CONSULTANT(S) to perform surveying and mapping services for individual projects on an as-needed basis for the term of this solicitation and corresponding contract. Services performed under this contract may include, but not be limited to: Surveys; As-Built Surveys; Boundary Survey; Construction Layout Surveys; Control Surveys; Hydrographic Surveys; Mean High Water Line Surveys; Quantity Surveys; Record Surveys; Specific or Special Purpose Surveys; Topographic Surveys; Survey and Map Report; Parcel/Easement Sketch and Descriptions; Subsurface Utility Designation & Excavation Surveys; Right-of-Way Surveys/Maintained Right-of-Way Surveys; Expert Technical Witness; Global Positioning System (GPS) Surveys. Proposal QuestionDeadline 8 Calendar days prior to submission deadline Prior to 5:00 PM Contract term shall be one (1) year with three (3), one (1) year renewals for a total of four (4) years upon mutual written agreement of both parties. The Procurement Management Director reserves the right to exercise their discretion to: Reject any and all proposals with or without cause The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
