Lee County Board of County Commissioners (COUNTY) seeks to contract with a qualified professional services CONSULTANT(S) to perform surveying and mapping services for individual projects on an as-needed basis for the term of this solicitation and corresponding contract. Services performed under this contract may include, but not be limited to: Surveys; As-Built Surveys; Boundary Survey; Construction Layout Surveys; Control Surveys; Hydrographic Surveys; Mean High Water Line Surveys; Quantity Surveys; Record Surveys; Specific or Special Purpose Surveys; Topographic Surveys; Survey and Map Report; Parcel/Easement Sketch and Descriptions; Subsurface Utility Designation & Excavation Surveys; Right-of-Way Surveys/Maintained Right-of-Way Surveys; Expert Technical Witness; Global Positioning System (GPS) Surveys.
