The requirements of this RFP proposal include the completion of ANSI/TIA-222-G Class III level structural analyses on three (3) existing telecommunication towers that will have wireless antennas added to them as part of a Lewis County Broadband Expansion program. Each analysis should be completed by a licensed State of New York Professional Engineer. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all RFPs, and to select proposals for award other than those with the lowest price(s) in consideration of best value and best interests of the County. The Award may be made to the most responsible bidder whose proposal is determined to be in the best interest of Lewis County and deemed to best serve the County's needs and requirements, based on the evaluation of all information provided.
