Estes Construction is the Construction Manager for the Highland Springs Golf Course project. This project consists of demolition of the existing clubhouse, construction of the new clubhouse, improvements to cart storage area and associated updates to paving and utilities. This project will be bid and constructed in abidance with the terms and conditions of the Illowa Construction Labor and Management Council's IMPACT Memorandum of Understanding. All bidders will submit bids based upon these terms and shall require all sub-bidders to adhere to the same.
