Site work and paving for a road / highway in Windsor Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of August 14, 2023, construction has been completed, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Pave in place projects on Kohler Court, Pleasant Corner Court, Pleasant View Drive, Golden Way, Sunset Circle, Boyd Drive, Gun Club Road and Eckert Road. The scope of work for each individual street is detailed in the bid documents. Prevailing wage rates apply and will be publicly read at 1:03 p.m. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the Township. Supply and place the following : tackcoat, Scratch level, re-profile and roll area's using Superpave 9.5mm ,PG 64-22, Wearing Course, 0.3 -3.0 million ESAL's at a minimum of 1.5" Depth overproposed area's and where indicated by the TWP. Supply and Place 19mm Binder where indicated per attachments by the TWP. Also Mill where needed and where indicated by the Township. Delivery tickets will carry T # and road name. ( Do all work and use materials specified in PENNDOT Pub.408, Section 469 I All Work Zone Traffic Control in accordance with Penn Dot Pub. 213 . ) Look at Attachment 1A -1B for more specific instructions for this project. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
