Sealed bids should not be sent or delivered to any other address or location, and the Authority is not responsible for any late deliveries or misdirected bids. Contract TANY 22-18/D214873 - Pavement Repairs at Various Locations in the New York Division from MP 0.0 to MP 76.5 on I-87 and MP GS 0.0 to MP 2.4 on the Garden State Parkway Connector (GSP) in Westchester, Rockland, Orange and Ulster Counties in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 5% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $375,000.00. The Thruway Authority continues to have public bid openings, however, there are measures in place to protect the safety and health of employees and visitors alike. Visitors who choose to hand deliver a bid and/or witness the bid opening are limited to one person. Visitors must wear a face mask when entering any Authority building and will have to complete a Wellness Survey the day of the bid opening. The Wellness Survey will be available in the lobby of the Thruway Authority Headquarters building. Please fill out this survey and provide it to the guard at the front desk. If any of the questions are answered "Yes", the visitor will not be allowed entry. Contract term: 10/27/23 County(ies): Orange, Rockland, Ulster, Westchester
