Renovation of a municipal facility in Stanton, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of an office development.
The project will include restoration of the front façade of select downtown buildings on the East and West sides of Broad Ave. The side façade of four buildings will be included. Buildings are not within a historic district, nor do they have individual designations, however, the city is seeking out a historic district designation. All buildings will require special attention. Work will include but not be limited to: new storefront window systems, tuckpointing, awnings, new/repaired upper level windows, and upper level entry doors.
