Renovation of a municipal facility in Bangor, Maine. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Bangor is requesting bids from qualified firms for replacement of the garage floor at the Fleet Maintenance Facility, 481 Maine Avenue, Bangor, Maine. A tabulation of all bids received will be available after 4:00 PM on the date of opening. Any questions must be directed in writing to bids@bangormaine.gov no later than 4:30 PM, Thursday, April 7, 2022. It is the responsibility of the Bidder(s) to see that their bids have sufficient time to be received by the Purchasing Department before the submittal deadline. Any bid, portion of a bid, or unrequested bid revision received at the City of Bangor Purchasing Department after the time and date specified, will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The City of Bangor reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or defects in bids or to accept a higher cost bid if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Bangor. The City also reserves the right to negotiate with the successful Bidder.
