Renovation of a library in Katonah, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
To furnish and install Modern Windows 6430, windows with bronze on the interior and exterior, low E argon with screens on all operable windows at the Somers Library, 82 Primrose St, Katonah, NY 10536. A bank check in the amount of not less than 5% of the amount Bid or a Bid bond shall accompany the Bid. Bidders submitting a bank check as Bid security shall also submit a certificate of surety from a licensed surety bond company. Bidders submitting a Bid bond are not required to submit a certificate of surety. The Town of Somers reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities, in its discretion, and to award the contract in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Town of Somers.
