The RFQ/RFP, may be requested from Mr. Van Kruiningen, Borough Manager, via email at jvankruiningen@fairlawn.org or obtained at the above address, during regular business hours. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or proposal bond in the amount of $20,000 must be submitted with the proposal, which will be forfeited to the Borough as liquidated damages if the successful proposer fails to properly execute and deliver the contract documents and performance security as required by the RFQ/RFP. REGISTRATION: Each proposer must register with the Borough to: (i) indicate that it intends to submit a proposal, (ii) provide the name of its contact person and contact information (name, company, address, phone, cell, fax, and e-mail address) for any and all communications during the RFQ/RFP process, (iii) access certain important information on the Borough's website, (iv) attend the Pre-Proposal Submission Meeting, and (v) provide a list of proposer's representatives who will attend the site tour. Details regarding registration are contained within the RFQ/RFP. Each proposer shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of its proposal, together with a PDF of the proposal on a disk or jump drive, in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the proposer and marked: Borough of Fair Lawn Request for Qualifications and Proposals for a Services Agreement for the Annual Maintenance and Repair of the Borough's Water Storage Tanks Dated March 22, 2022 If sealed proposals are enclosed in boxes, the boxes must be clearly marked as set forth above. All comments and questions concerning the RFP must be directed, in writing, to, Mr. Van Kruiningen, Borough Manager, at the address listed above, with a copy to Ryan J. Site tours of the Borough's Facilities which are the subject of this RFQ/RFP will be conducted on or about April 5, 2022, immediately following the Pre-Proposal Submission Meeting.
