All email requests must reference the below listed RFP and include the name of the Respondent/ Respondent's Firm, Firm address, Telephone and Facsimile numbers, and Respondent's email address. Responses to questions will be prepared as a Clarification or Addenda. These will be uploaded to the electronic bid documents pertaining to the bid for all subscribed bidders to view. Please ensure that you subscribe to this bid to ensure that you will receive any changes, clarifications, and addenda's. Proposals must be electronically submitted on or before the date and time indicated below. No RFPs shall be received after the time designated in the advertisement. Business entities submitting proposals are required by law (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2) to submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock unless the business entity is publicly traded or a not-for-profit, in which case other action must be taken to comply with the proposal requirements. The RFP package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the RFP. Failure to comply with Instructions or failure to complete and submit all required forms, may be cause for disqualification of the Vendor and rejection of the RFP.
