Site work and paving for a road / highway in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of April 14 the project was awarded to Rieth-Riley Construction Company for $68,381.10. Pavement removal and replacement on the following road in West Traverse Township: 1.) Quick Road, from State Road, then east for 405 feet The Contractor must submit the bid on the attached "Bid Sheet" and place in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Quick Road Approach Improvements to State Road Project". The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in the bid procedure, and to award in the best interest of the Road Commission. No contractual relationship shall exist between the undersigned and the Board for the work described herein until such a time as the full contract documents have been formally executed by both the contractor and the Board.
