TOMELINE: The owner has cancelled the public tender for the general contractor DOS-478 because of bid costs overruns and is seeking additional funding. Future of the project is not determined at this time. If a new tender for this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
