**As of May 11, 2022 this project has been awarded to D & M PAINTNG CORPORATION with bid amount $378,480.00 and WorldWide Industries Corp. bid amount $139,600.00 with total amount $518,080.** Work under the Contract 2022-01A covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the improvements of the South High water storage Tank #1 as well as the cleaning and coating of the interior of Tank #1 and Tank #2. Work under the Contract 2022-01B covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the cleaning and coating of the interior and exterior of the Windfall water storage tank. Work under these Contracts 2022-01A & 2022-01B covers the furnishing of all labor, material, plant, utilities, and services required for the improvements of the South High and Windfall water storage tanks including the cleaning and coating of their interior and exterior. Clarification Deadline: 4/4/2022 5:00 PM No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the bids. BIDDER'S SURETY -- A certified check payable to the St. Marys Area Water Authority or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. the St. Marys Area Water Authority fully complies with the provisions of this act.
