Offeror Questions Due in Writing: March 29, 2022 by 4:00 PM City Answers to Questions Issued: April 1, 2022 by 4:00 PM It is the intent of the City to award the Contract to one (1) Offeror. However, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to multiple Offerors and/or to award the Contract in whole or in part. The Award shall be to the Responsible Offeror that submits the Lowest Responsive Price Proposal. If for any reason, through no fault of the City, the Contract is not executed within thirty (30) days of formal award, the City may withdraw the award and award to the Responsible Offeror that submitted the next Lowest Responsive proposal, or solicit new Price Proposals. A. The Contractor shall review previous report completed by the structural consultants. B. The Contractor shall investigate the cause(s) of any and all water intrusions. C. The Contractor shall submit a detailed overall construction plan that will include addressing the water intrusions from the conduits at their source and mitigation actions that should be used inside the building. D. Relocate gutters for positive drainage and verify downspouts are in working order. E. Caulk the outside joints where there is a failed outside the 1st floor of the buildings at grade. The area shows areas of potential water infiltration at the sidewalk/wall intersection. F. The Contractor will advise the Owner on any possible swale grading around the conduit entry points outside the building. G. Provide any O&M documents for the Owner to maintain the area free from future water intrusions. The construction phase of this project shall not to exceed forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The project shall be completed between April 15, 2022 and May 30, 2022. The City requires that any sawing and/or other noisy work be performed during regular business hours and be subject to the City's Noise Ordinance. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
