Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buchanan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes: a. Trenching, backfilling and compacting, b. Excavation and grading, c. Crushed aggregate base course, d. Concrete curb & gutter, e. Hot mix asphalt, f. Storm sewer, and g. Landscape restoration. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 8,000 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 13,700 SY Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, 10,500 CY Common Excavation, 9,000 CY Crushed Aggregate Base Course, 12,000 SY Remove/Pulverize Asphalt, 6,500 LF Storm Sewer and Appurtenances: Size 4" - 24" Diameter, and Landscape Restoration of the disturbed areas.
