Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Owatonna, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: o Sitework: Generally includes earthwork, excavation, backfill, dewatering, erosion and sediment control, grading, exterior improvements, utilities, etc. o Main Lift Station (MLS): Includes process piping and valving modifications, HVAC upgrades, and instrumentation and control upgrades. o Fine Screen Building (FSB): Includes construction of new building to house fine drum screens, washer/compacting equipment, process piping and valves, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls. o Primary Clarifiers (PC): Includes removal and replacement of circular clarifier mechanisms, primary sludge pumps, process piping and valves, electrical, instrumentation and controls work. o Aeration Basins (AB): Includes removal of existing equipment and effluent channel, construction of interior baffle walls, channels, new splitter box, installation of diffusers, submersible mixers, process piping and valves, electrical, instrumentation and controls work. o Process Building (PB): Includes removal of existing centrifugal blowers, vertical turbine pumps, and filter media. Installation of turbo blowers, process piping and valves, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls work. o Membrane Bioreactor (MBR): Includes construction of new building to house the MBR process equipment generally consisting of tanks for membranes, pumps, blowers, process piping and valves, chemical storage and feed systems, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls. Building also includes a laboratory, office, control room, and bathroom. o Disinfection Process Structure (DPS): Includes process piping connections into existing tank. o RAS/WAS Complex (RWC): Includes removal of final clarifier equipment and repurposing of one tank for WAS storage, pump replacement, process piping and valve modifications, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls work. o Solids Thickening Building (STB): Includes construction of new building to house rotary drum thickeners, chemical feed system, sludge transfer tanks, pumps, process piping and valves, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls. o Digester and Thickening Complex (DTC): Includes rehabilitation of existing primary anaerobic digester tank and conversion of existing secondary anaerobic digester to a primary digester, replacement of digester mixers and covers, building remodel, installation of gas conditioning and compression equipment, pumps, blowers, process piping and valves, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation and controls. o Sludge Storage Tank (SST): Includes replacement of tank mixing system. o Administration Building (ADM): Includes remodeling of building and relocation of main entrance, HVAC, electrical and controls improvements. o Biosolids Storage Bunker: Includes extension of bunker cover and replacement of existing cover in its entirety.
