In the event the total accepted quote price exceeds $25,000, the Contractor must provide to the Office of the County Purchasing Agent, a performance bond and a payment bond, each in the amount of 100% of the total contract sum within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of notification of quote award.Deadline for submission of questions and/or clarification is Monday, March 28, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. (CST).Requests received after the deadline will not be responded to due to the time constraints of this quote process. Fort Bend County reserves the right to withdraw any award until execution by the proper authority Vendor agrees, if awarded the contract, to complete all work required by the contract documents within ________ calendar days, (90 day maximum after delivery of all Equipment of Materials)
