The Multnomah County Department of County Assets, Facilities and Property Management is seeking Proposers from whom it may purchase Architectural and Engineers Services. It is the purpose of the resulting Contract(s) to secure, on an individual Project Agreement basis, Architectural and Engineering (A&E) services to support the County's design work. The Scope of Work consists of, but is not limited to, all aspects of professional A&E services including the generation of designs, drawings, specifications, engineering reports, sustainability analysis, life cycle analysis, preparation or review of contract packages, performing site investigations, construction administration, collaboration during technical review sessions, reviewing the work of other contractors, including but not limited to engineers and providing drafting services. Successful Proposers will be placed on a list of A&E Services Providers for facility upgrade, capital maintenance and/or repair of various County Buildings. Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if not in compliance with the Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures and requirements and to reject any or all proposals or to cancel the Sourcing Event if Multnomah County finds it is in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
