Tommy Turtle Park Stair Shelter/Sidewalks/Patio 2022 Project The approximate quantities of work and material for construction of the project are as follows: Remove & dispose of current 30' x 40' concrete slab within the Stair shelter Remove & Salvage minimum 6" topsoil in new concrete locations (Topsoil to be retained by owner) Provide & install 4" Compacted Aggregate Base Course, Class 5 in all concrete location. Labor & All Materials for Sidewalk, Patio & Shelter Concrete per drawing - 4IN minimum thickness Stair Shelter 1200 SF unstamped (broomed) 8' x 220' sidewalk 1825 SF unstamped (broomed 5' x 15' playground sidewalk 75 SF unstamped (broomed) Patio & Stair entrance sidewalk 1450 SF stamped All Surfaces and Sloping to meet all ADA Requirements. All concrete to have 1/2 " rebar chaired & spaced at 2' apart (short bars in sidewalk will be 3' spacing) Rebar installed just below center of concrete. All concrete will be 4,000 psi. Contractor will perform control cuts in Shelter slab & Patio no more than 10' apart both ways and tool cuts on sidewalks no more than 6' spacing. Install 5' Detectable Warning Panel at Vinge Street connection (provided by owner). Contractor will provide Butterfield Concrete Products: Color U37 & 300 Antiquing release R12 and provide & perform Mayan Cobblestone stamping available at Prairie Supply Inc. (Minot) Contractor will provide and apply Clear Guard Cure & Seal along with a non-slip additive when sealing per manufactures recommendations. (Butterfield Products) . Contractor to provide all Incidental Items Contractor to keep all equipment within designated concrete areas to restrict earth compaction to surrounding landscape. Owner will apply sealer to all unstamped concrete. Owner to perform backfill along cement, along with fencing off area prior to construction. The work on the said project shall be started on or immediately following August 8, 2022 and be completed by September 30, 2022. The Bottineau Park Board reserves the right to reject all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid, and to hold the bids for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening bids.
