SCOPE: In accordance with the provisions of Texas Government Code , Solicitation of Bids, Texas Government Code , Custodianship of State Property and the Rules and Procedures adopted by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC), TFC is seeking bids for Recycle and Waste Bins for delivery to Parking Garage R. Warehouse, located at 1706 San Jacinto Blvd. Austin, Texas 78701. TFC reserves the right to make multiple awards in the best interest of the state. Vendors do not have to bid on all containers, and shipping costs for each type of container will be a separate line item. STATEMENT OF WORK: Provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination and supervisory activities necessary to deliver the following containers, or product equal to, specifications listed below; . 23 Gallon Waste Containers Wall Hugger 20L x 11W x 30 H, Brown/gray (Collection point type), Qty 268, Continental 8322-BN (or equivalent). . 23 Gallon Recycle Containers Wall Hugger, 20L x 11W x 30H, Blue with white Recycle emblem (Collection point type), Qty 268, Continental (or equivalent). . Desk Side Recycle Containers, 3.25-gallon size, Blue with white Recycle emblem, Qty 2680, Continental 1358-1 (or equivalent). . Desk Side Waste Containers, EZ Sorter Black, 8"x6"x9", 4-liter size, Qty 2680, Ni Corporation NIP-TS000004 (or equivalent). This contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through lack of appropriations, legislative budget cuts, amendment of the Appropriations Act, state agency consolidations, or any other disruption of current appropriations, provisions of the Termination Article in the Services Contract shall apply.
