Site work for a mixed-use development in Absecon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.

Work to be performed under this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: For additional information, please view the associated project documents 1. Removal of existing synthetic track surface and subsurface materials approximately 2 inches deep from the existing track, contiguous synthetic surfaces adjacent to track lanes, two javelin throws, and pole vault. 2. Install +/-2" thick HMA Superpave atop compacted existing subbase to match existing grade. 3. Install new track and event surfacing material. 4. Paint track lines, numbers, and event markings 5. Site clean-up, restoration of temporarily disturbed areas, or other remedies as required. 6. Consult with the University prior to mobilization to determine project access locations, construction routes, equipment & worker parking areas, and material stockpile areas. 7. Consult with the Contractor awarded the concurrent soccer field restoration project (natural grass field located within running track) to develop cohesive and coordinated construction phasing schedule.
