The principal features of the Contract include: The Contractor will protect the existing utilities on the site while excavating the grass, removing existing sidewalks and other associated demolition. This project shall also include placement of fill, associated drainage, sodding, fencing, sidewalks and paving to construct the proposed soccer fields and grassed parking. All excess fill, construction and demolition debris shall be disposed of by the Contractor. Upon completion of the project, the site shall be left in a neat and clean condition. All workmanship and materials shall conform to the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (Latest Edition) and the FDOT Standard Plans for Road and Bridge Construction (Latest Edition).
