We are requesting repairs and annual inspections for the following generators mentioned below (4 generators in total). The Generators are located at Central Rail Operating Facility (CROF) 3021 Oak Lane, Dallas, Texas 75226. Work to be performed:
Generators & Special Request:
1. S/N WA GM05470-01-0794, MAGNAMAX 750KW, Diesel - North Side of S&I building
Requested repair work to be performed on the 750kW generator to included (only:
Special Request):
o replacing turbo oil-drain gaskets,
o rocker-cover gaskets,
o head-coolant tubes,
o turbo drain hose sections.
o new engine coolant and to take away the old coolant.
o to power washing the radiator.

2. S/N 26581 KOHLER 125KW, Diesel - North Side of the S&I Building S&I
3. S/N 0675752, KOHLER135 ROZJ, Diesel - North Side of the S&I Building
4. S/N 50295228, MITSUBISHI 0052611 45KW, Electric - Left Side of the entrance of the
property (outside fence area)
The Annual Inspections for the three Diesel Generators (750kW, 135kW, and 125kW) need
the following inspection:
o Check for proper fuel level
o Check batteries for corrosion and condition, tight connections, replace if required
o Check instrument panel for proper LED display and any alarm conditions
o Check display battery and replace annually or if required
o Check for proper coolant level
o Check all electrical connections for tightness
o Check all hoses for serviceability and tightness
o Wipe all surface from mineral deposits and dirt
o Check engine oil level and quality
o Check primary and secondary fuel filters; remove residual condensation if applicable
o Check all nuts and bolts for tightness
o Check heater for proper operation
o Check air filter for condition replace if required
o Check housing for louver operation
o Check doors, handles and locking mechanisms for obvious damage & Operation
o Check exhaust rain cap for operation
o Inspect vibration isolation pads
For the Annual Inspections the One Electric Generators (45kW) need the following
inspection:
o Check all-Natural gas connection for leaks (smell & soapy water)
o Check batteries for corrosion and condition, tight connections, replace if required
o Check instrument panel for proper LED display and any alarm conditions
o Check radiator for proper coolant level
o Check all electrical connections for tightness
o Check all hoses for serviceability and tightness
o Wipe all surface from mineral deposits and dirt
o Check engine oil level and quality
o Check Automatic Transfer Switch fuses for resistance integrity (No Open)
o Check all nuts and bolts for tightness
o Check heater for proper operation
o Check air filter for condition replace if required
o Check housing for obvious physical damage
o Check doors, handles and locking mechanisms for obvious damage & Operation
o Check exhaust rain cap for operation
