Remove existing theatrical lighting equipment as directed by owner or owner's representative. Haul away all demoed equipment as directed by owner. Furnish, deliver, erect, install and connect completely all of the material and equipment described herein, and supply all other incidental material and appliances, tools, transportation, etc., required to make the work complete, and to leave the theatrical lighting system in first class operating condition. Perform all assembly of equipment, wiring, and inter-connection and soldering of wires to jacks, devices, terminals or equipment, using technical employees only, who are experienced in the installation of Audiovisual systems equipment and its inter- connection. Verify dimensions and conditions at the job site prior to installation, and perform installation in accordance with these specifications, manufacturer's recommendations and all applicable code requirements. Tulsa Public Schools ("TPS", the "District") wishes to contract with a reliable local vendor to provide the removal of existing theatrical lighting equipment, furnish and install (supply, rig, erect, mount and connect for operation) new equipment as discribed in the Scope of Work. Haul away all demoed theatrical lighting equipment as directed by owner., in the auditoriums at McClain High School, East Central High School, Washington High School, Monroe Middle School, and Lewis and Clark Elementary School, as specified.
