El Dorado Irrigation District (District), an irrigation special district organized and existing under the California Irrigation District Law (Water Code 20500, et seq.), hereby gives notice that it is now accepting bids for Hazard Tree Falling Services as described in this Request for Bids (RFB). Question Deadline: April 8, 2022 3:00 PM Notice of Intent to Award: May 23, 2022 (anticipated) Bidder may withdraw its bid by written request via email to Purchasing@eid.org before the Submittal Deadline. After that time, bidder may not withdraw its bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the Submittal Deadline. Attendees will be expected to tour the job site during the pre-bid meeting. Please advise the Project Manager, Doug Venable, in advance of the meeting if you need special accommodations. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your needs. All company representatives must sign in by 8:30 a.m. and submit a signed WAIVER AND GENERAL RELEASE FOR ACCESS TO DISTRICT PROPERTY as attached in EXHIBIT G. All who attend the pre-bid meeting and job walk will be required to provide their own personal transportation to and from the Project site.
