Renovation of an educational facility in Burton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Supply and install of mechanical venitlation including controls and electrical upgrades: .1 Demolition of existing exhaust fan serving bathrooms. .2 Demolition of existing controls system including thermostats and zone valves. .3 Installation of new ERV, ductwork, electrical and controls to server bathrooms and corridors utilizing some existing ductwork. .4 Installation of CAU unsits for each classrom including ductwork, electrical and controls. Reposition lighting to accomendate new units. .5 Installation of new zone valves and thermostats along with control system. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. award is subject to final approval.
