Demolition and site work for a residential development in Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
**As of May 3, 2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The scope shall include: demolition of an existing home and garage and restoration of the site to lawn conditions. BID SECURITY shall accompany each bid submitted in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the Base Bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period not to exceed 60 calendar days following the actual date of the opening thereof. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond required by and in the form provided in the Contract Documents. Each bond shall be in a sum equal to 100% of the Contract Price, shall be executed by a surety company satisfactory to the Owner and shall be in compliance with the Bid Documents. Prospective bidders are advised that this Project IS subject to provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The Project Serial # for prevailing wages is 22-02225 The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
